Legal

effective 2026-10-07

These documents describe how the product actually behaves, but they have not been reviewed by counsel and no jurisdiction-specific determination has been made — including whether the operator must register as a VASP, MSB, or under MiCA in the markets it serves.

Everything that governs your use of veilnebu.la, in one place. The Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement; the rest are policies those two documents refer out to, and they are binding to the same extent.

Who you are dealing with

veilnebu.la is operated anonymously. There is no company behind it — no incorporation, no registration number, no registered office, no named officers — and none is waiting to be filled in later. The counterparty you deal with is simply the operator of the Service, identifiable only by the domain it runs on (veilnebu.la) and the keys it uses to sign API responses and webhooks, not by a filed legal name.

Registrations heldNone held.

What is not here

There is no identity-verification policy, because there is no identity verification — see the AML and sanctions policy for what is screened instead, and what that screening does not do. There is no custody or safeguarding policy either: the wallet is non-custodial and the operator never holds your keys, which is set out in the risk disclosure.

Reporting a problem with these documents

If a page here describes a behaviour the product does not actually have, that is a defect and we want to hear about it — write to [email protected]. Security issues go to /security instead, which has a disclosure process and a contact that is monitored for it.
